To accelerate its international growth, CTP environnement group has embraced the V.I.E program, led by Business France and backed by the French government. For several years, qualified young talents have been strengthening our teams in subsidiaries located in Singapore, Canada, the USA, and more recently, the United Kingdom.
The result? For candidates aged 18 to 28 from France or the European Economic Area, this true career accelerator offers the opportunity to work abroad safely for a French company for a period ranging from 6 to 24 months.
For companies, these young professionals help stimulate innovation and boost export growth.
In our American subsidiary based in Houston, Neyl stood out brilliantly by winning first place at the V.I.E Grand Prix Americas 2025, an award that recognized 4 winners out of 97 candidates. His original and impactful video—highlighting France as THE go-to destination for innovation and investment—made all the difference.
Neyl had always aspired to gain international experience. With a bachelor’s degree and initial experience in mechanical design, and fluency in three languages (almost four), our V.I.E offer aligned perfectly with his ambitions.
After several months of training at CTP in France, he moved to Houston. His desire to showcase French expertise, his interest in the local economy, and the development opportunities in the region found a unique expression through his participation in the V.I.E Grand Prix Americas 2025—a contest that gives young talents the chance to make France shine abroad!
