A word from the CEO

“With more than 30 years’ experience within the CTP Group, I feel a high sense of belonging to the company, its employees and its culture.

Initially employed as a Sales Representative to increase the group’s business, my efforts, motivation and involvement allowed me to rapidly progress to the position of Director of the “Cleaning Division”, which has since become the CTP environnement subsidiary of the CTP Group (Compagnie Technique des Pétroles).

In 2005, together with a number of other employees, we seized the opportunity to purchase CTP environnement by means of a leveraged management buyout (LMBO) and I became the Chief Executive Officer.

Since then, we have pursued an ambitious growth policy with the creation of a new “Effluent Treatment” operation, a “Nuclear Division” and international expansion with the opening of subsidiaries in Singapore, Portugal, Brazil, Canada and the USA. I ensure that these projects offer everyone prospects for development, in order to build a fulfilling career within our group, as I attach great importance to the progress and internal promotion of my colleagues.”

Internal mobility

“After 2 years practical experience on the ground as a Site Manager for the Ile-de-France Branch, I became Project Manager, thereby adding organisational and managerial strengths to the existing team. The increase in business, generated by our innovative sectors of Chemical Industrial Cleaning and Effluent Treatment using mobile units, subsequently allowed me to become the Deputy Director and to successfully continue the branch’s commercial development and then to benefit from an internal transfer to perform this same role at our West Branch (44).

International mobility

“My journey at CTP environnement began with an internship at the end of my course as a Water & Environment Engineer. First as an Assistant Process Engineer and then as a Site Manager, I studied, designed and implemented mobile industrial effluent treatment solutions.

CTP environnement was aware that I was looking for foreign experience and offered me the opportunity to join the group's Asia-Pacific subsidiary as a Project Engineer as part of an International Volunteer Programme.

It is now time for me to develop my project management skills while maintaining my technical expertise in the treatment of industrial water.”

Victory at the V.I.E Grand Prix Americas 2025

To accelerate its international growth, CTP environnement group has embraced the V.I.E program, led by Business France and backed by the French government. For several years, qualified young talents have been strengthening our teams in subsidiaries located in Singapore, Canada, the USA, and more recently, the United Kingdom.

In our American subsidiary based in Houston, Neyl stood out brilliantly by winning first place at the V.I.E Grand Prix Americas 2025, an award that recognized 4 winners out of 97 candidates. His original and impactful video—highlighting France as THE go-to destination for innovation and investment—made all the difference.
