Operational Coordinator (M/F)
International Internship Program (VIE)
Duration: 12 months
After an initial training period at our headquarters in France, you will assist the Country Manager and Business Development Managers in overseeing small to medium-sized projects across the UK. This role requires frequent travel, with approximately 40% of your time spent on-site.
You will join an agency of about 10 employees and will work directly under the responsibility of the branch manager.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to prepare, plan, and monitor projects, including workforce and supply planning, equipment checks, mobile unit management, and coordination with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Draft and maintain technical documentation and ensure proper follow-up with local teams.
- Visit client sites to gather information and prepare technical proposals.
- Making sure that the projects are compliant with company’s standards (ISO/ISN certifications).
- Liaising with direct manager for reporting, following-up, cost control and management of projects.
- Liaising with various background clients
Required Profile
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Water Treatment, Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Ideally, a first experience in a technical role within the industrial sector.
- Strong IT skills.
- Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
- Ability to work in a team with openness to diverse cultural environments.
- Initiatives, time management as well as problem solving skills will be key to this role.
- Clean driving licence.

- Remuneration: According to the Business France VIE scale.
