The corporate culture within the CTP environnement group is based on strong values such as the optimisation of our performance, the improvement of our working conditions and the protection of the environment.

These commitments are reflected in:

  • A process of continuous improvement, which began in 2003, allowing us to offer increasingly efficient, competitive and reliable services.
  • Innovative and environmentally responsible processes, favouring the use of biodegradable products and processes that reduce water consumption, in order to minimise the impact of our activities on the environment.
  • Constant efforts to improve employees’ working conditions, to minimise the impact of our activities on their health and their environment, while also increasing customer satisfaction

This voluntary and expert-led approach, which is shared by all the group’s divisions and reflected by its management system, has allowed CTP environnement to obtain its current certifications.

2 to 3 % of turnover devoted to safety

The group's safety culture originates from its industrial history and is a feature of daily life within the group, where it is shared and passed on. It gives all those involved confidence (clients, employees, suppliers) and can be experienced on all levels.

As a result, CTP environnement has devoted the necessary resources to sustain its aims in terms of QHSE, PR and CSR:

  • A central QHSE Department and safety officers in each branch.
  • Personnel who are trained and accredited in the specific aspects of our clients’ industrial fabric: a rigorous risk prevention policy, in which training and awareness play a key role.
  • Very clearly defined safety processes, supported by the dissemination of feedback and best practice.

Professional Equality Index between Women and Men

Our level of professional equality is assessed each year by means of various key indicators such as: the pay disparity, the disparity in the rate of individual increases, the number of female employees benefiting from an increase on their return from maternity leave, as well as parity among the ten highest salaries.

For 2025, our company has achieved an index of 84 points out of 100, marking a significant 13-point improvement on our 2023 index.

This index reflects our unwavering commitment to promoting gender diversity within our teams and combating gender inequality.

Continuing to make progress and making gender equality a priority is at the heart of our corporate strategy.
