Maintenance & Logistics

Worksite preparation:
a key step

The equipment needed for each operation is meticulously prepared in advance: checks, ordering missing equipment from carefully chosen partners, creating a stock of spare parts, etc.

Regional teams and subsidiaries are supported by our maintenance and logistics centre for large-scale projects. Made up of experienced personnel with a complete understanding of the issues encountered on the ground, they work closely with the Engineering and Design Department and Project Managers to assiduously monitor the use and history of equipment.

Operational maintenance by specialist technicians

Mobile and trained in our specialities, our regional Site Managers are provided with vehicles equipped with tools and supplies and to perform routine maintenance operations.

During the course of commissioning projects, our specialist technicians provide support to assist with installation and ensure that machines are started-up correctly. They can also respond quickly in the event of a failure, replace equipment, replenish stocks or perform the necessary adjustments on the ground.

After each operation, our equipment is cleaned, checked and repaired. If necessary, it is completely overhauled by a dedicated team in our maintenance and logistics centre, before being returned to our stock of equipment.
